Introduction

Welcome to DIGIGOLD KARTIKEY, operated by KARTIKEY BULLION LLP. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our digital gold & silver investment platform (“Services”). By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

Product Information

We offer 24K gold bars and coins for sale, which are secured from trusted suppliers and subject to rigorous quality checks.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including weight, purity and dimensions, there may be occasional variations or discrepancies. We encourage you to review the product details and contact our customer service team for any clarification.

Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be of legal age with the capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
During registration, you’ll create an account and furnish accurate personal, contact, and KYC information as required by law and our financial partners. Misrepresentation or use of false information may result in account suspension or termination.

KYC, AML & Compliance

KYC documentation such as PAN, Aadhaar, or their electronic equivalents must be submitted and verified before conducting transactions above certain thresholds.
We adhere to applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and monitor transactions accordingly.

Services Offered

We facilitate purchase, sale, storage, and redemption of digital gold and silver. Physical delivery of coins may be an option subject to additional fees and terms.
Digital holdings are backed by physical bullion securely stored in insured vaults.

Transaction Terms

All purchases are on a prepayment basis once confirmed, they’re non-cancellable/refundable. Sell requests may be placed as per your discretion.
Certain platforms impose a holding period (e.g., 24 hours) before resale or redemption is permitted.
Applicable taxes (e.g., as on date today GST at 3% on Gold & Silver) and service spreads apply during both buy and sell transactions.

Vaulting & Storage

Your digital holdings represent ownership claims on physical gold/silver stored on your behalf in secure, insured vaults.
Vaults may charge insurance or storage fees if free storage periods lapse.

Ownership & Redemption

Ownership rights to the underlying bullion are held by you, although the asset is maintained by third-party custodians.
Redemption for physical metal or money is generally available, subject to specified limits or fees.

Cancellation or Modification of Order

Cancellation or modification of an order may be possible within a limited timeframe and subject to review.
Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Fees & Charges

All applicable fees purchase spreads, storage, delivery, and taxes will be disclosed transparently before transaction completion.
You are responsible for timely payments. Non-payment may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Liability & Disclaimers

We do not provide investment advice. You bear full responsibility for investing decisions and related outcomes.

Intellectual Property

The App, its content, interfaces, and disclaimers are our proprietary assets. You may not reproduce or use them without written consent.

Account Inactivity & Nominees

If your account remains inactive for a specified duration, it may auto-logout or get suspended; nomination mechanisms may be in place for account succession.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Meaningful changes will be notified via email and effective upon app or website publication. Ongoing use implies acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Delhi, India].

Our Rights, Limitations & Liability

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation or modification requests if the order has already been processed or if it violates any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we have reason to believe that they violate any laws or regulations.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use of gold bullion.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the gold bullion in question.
